With the apparent coordination among city mayors, from NYC to Oakland, I would like to hear the comments and thoughts of others with regard to how much of a hand print ALEC has on this movement to shutter individual freedoms, and freedom of speech and assembly.

Seems to me that this is a perfect foil for ALEC, an organization which seems to always desire to work in the shadows, let others carry out their wishes, without ALEC having to expose themselves.

Thanks, Ann, and all the others at PR watch and CMD for all you do.

You allege it, it's up to you to prove it. What you're really saying is that you want to preempt what you think is a potential problem, and if that winds up disenfranchising a lot more rightful voters who just might not vote your way, so much the better. As far as your claim of "over 1000 felons for Al Frankin" is concerned, true or false, the solution is simple: the right of a US citizen to vote should be inalienable, felon or not, in or out of prison.

This just goes to show that they do not believe in anything but charging you a lot more for food that is no better than the crap you get at walmart. Whole foods = scam.
