Thanks for commenting! Your thoughts are so well rounded and eloquent we all could only hope for the benefits of shared information. Also for the few providing an ignorant, individualistic and opportunistic glimpse into the fascinating segment of the population who actually expose themselves to another source of information, like this website, only to gratify themselves by commenting with nothing more than "Seriously, you are an idiot": Keep wasting your time because the majority of us are gaining some insight from the information available to us, and eventually fools like you will be lost relics of a media-driven, fanatical disease known as "Right Wing". No, the priest or the politic won't save you either. Just learn how to save yourself, that's what Paul Ryan would want.

Checkout this wonderful movie. Made by Americans, it is a comparison of the Canadian and US systems. Very well done, fun, and informative. Kiefer Sutherland narrates. Buy two copies, one for you and one for a friend. I have seen it and it gets rid of the propaganda. healthcaremovie.net

Thank you Brendan Fischer for further illuminating the role that independent and increasingly more powerful outside groups around the country have been playing in elections since Citizens United v. FEC. Todd f#$k-a-duck Akin unfortunately represents the views of Romney-Ryan on women. Their voting records on women's issues can't be erased. Too late to disown it. They are deeply mysogynistic. The term "legitimate rape" is not only an oxymoron, it is just plain dumba$$ stupidity. Let some of these right-wingers talk to victims of rape in the military, let alone women who have no defense training. In fact, I think Republicans ought to be required to do community service by talking to dozens of women who have been sexually assaulted until they can grasp some idea of what it really feels like. They totally lack empathy, and are beyond "vignorant." Let those who would force raped women to have children, and who defend the rights of the foetus stop murdering their fellow human beings like Dr. Tiller, and scores of others. What woman would vote for asshats like these? Todd Akin - You can't fix stupid, and this guy is living proof of it.
