Banks have handled U.S. foreclosures with what can candidly be called complete incompetence and potentially illegal methods. Many individuals have been promised loan modifications, only to face foreclosure after months of stonewalling from the bank. Fake house foreclosures are yet another wrench in the machine. In this case, honest individuals who are paid up discover themselves singled out for a good, old-fashioned home ransacking and lock-changing.

Federal and state government reserves are straining and almost breaking several state budgets. The federal government is also showing the strain. For 60 percent of states, unemployment trust fund reserves have simply run out. Maryland, however, is saving itself millions of dollars. They've done this by paying back their federal unemployment loan.

That's what I was going to say. I stand firm looking forward to 2011 when we unify ourselves with each other to deductively find the correct answer. Swiftly then can we move on to build the continual wall of safety that is momentarily needed. Executive stature of decisionary bi-parts distinguishable and aimed at indiviuals known as humanity. We are not a whole. We are individualistic. Our fate lies in the balance of subjective action from an objective standardized point of view.

So what exactly is "informed" or for that matter what is the "truth"? I think I know what an opinion is and I know I have one on any given fact but wouldn't any given source of "truth", say FOX, NBC or the New York Times also have filtered the facts through the guise of opinion to arrive at the "truth". I kind of expect that from the press, especially the modern press. Even education does not equal informed. Informed in one persons eyes is uninformed in anothers. I guess it just depends on your opinion of what is the "truth" and what is "informed".
I know this for sure, I have no clue as to whether I know the "truth" nor even the facts but I do have an opinion and about that I am sure.

Note: The writer assumes a lot, here are just a couple assumptions: (1) Bill wanted Nolan fired: just because that was the course of action by Comcast does not mean it was actually a request from Bill (2) That Bill's freedom of speech is somehow not acceptable, but Nolan's is. If Nolan thinks that Bill is "is a mental case" that does not preclude that Bill has a right to is free speech and any awards it may garner. btw, who started all this business is evil fluff? I keep seeing it in responses to these types of articles. Is it from people on welfare that don't have jobs and are living off of the taxes of working people and business? Business has to exist in order for gov't (and welfare) to be funded. So, a bit more thought needs to go into this frame of thinking before just regurgitating it...
