    Billed for doctor's nonavailability
    I booked an appointment for ingrown toenail removal. When doctor came he spent not more than 5 minutes just asking how am I and what are the problems. He asked about have I been sick in past and what hospital I visited, seems like was just passing some time as removal of toenail is not related to my past medical history. After short discussion he said today I'll not able to operate and he is going out of city for 2 weeks so you can visit some other doctor. When I asked if he knows any other doctor or refer me there he send me to one person and said he will help me out. Other person took my contact details and said I'll get call. Now after 2 weeks I received a bill for the service I didn't received. It is so frustrating. I feel like cheated, if doctor is not available they should not booked my appointment or cancel it. They wasted my time and now charging for it. It is me who should get compensation for wasting my time. They all are into business of making fool of people.Any advice?

    I stopped reading your post after I saw you write in that you paid in taxes to a fund that allowed you to dip into it as a safety net. Wisconsin Unemployment Insurance is funded by tax paying employers.

    I agree that you should keep exposing these arrogant fakes; They think they are beyond reproach but it is a mission soaked in ego, greed, and secrecy. I saw the lack of ethics, targeted raises, lavish travel, and sick loyalty first hand and got out while I could but not before seeing an eyefull, working day and night for egotistical bosses with no leadership or integrity, and being treated like a child. 'work hard, be nice' really means people walking around there in a daze, obedient, fake smiling, and behaving exactly how they are told to. There are positive slogans and buzz words plastered on the walls and behind the closed doors, its a corrupt circus. I was not allowed to express my opinion, told to smile alot, scolded and alienated for raising any issues. A PR machine and high-school mentality cult complete with bullying. No one there would let their own kid go to KIPP, yet they obey the cult. They even passed around an email comparing the CEO to Obama, ya sure..EGO
