"It's because you have to be stupid to trust your government." NO. It's lunatic fringe psychopaths like you that are ruining our government. Turning it from government "by the people", too what the plantation owners in the old south preferred. A unholy union of robber barons and rural hicks still pissed that Lincoln slapped your ancestors and took their chance at being slave owning big shots. So their goal now is to destroy the federal government, and replace it with a confederacy of corporate kingdoms.

    BS
That's crazy. If this is the case then you should only be billed for the "2nd visit" if the your question requires more than 2-5 minutes, leads to further examination/procedures (x-rays, tests), or an issue is found.

This is the testimony Professor Lafer should have been able to give in the "hearing" held on Tuesday by the Senate Labor Committee -- not that they would have listened, or even considered it in the executive session that never happened. But the two anti RTW academic experts were scheduled at the beginning of the hearing, before the sham research was revealed. Wisconsin will learn that RTW is no panacea to a state that doesn't support education and initiative -- if it lasts that long.

I expect the push to increase minimum wages in many states neutralizes some of this apparent generosity. It wouldn't surprise me that the higher wages would lead to lower turnover, higher productivity and lower training costs leading to a net plus to Walmart's bottom line rather than a billion dollar expense.

Things start getting complicated when you realize that Right to Work is an entirely logical extension of our workfare policies. Where do we draw the line on who deserves fair wages, full labor rights, and representation/a voice? The line between our celebrated low wage workers, and our despised jobless poor, has always been spider's-web thin. Now we need some standard, some definition, of which low wage workers are worthy of fundamental rights and protections.
