I currently attend one of these schools and i have to say I am not happy with my degree. I will have my AA in communications in June of this year and feel as though I have learned nothing compared to students that attend colleges and universities here at home. I chose an on-line atmosphere because of my hectic scheduling, I thought this option would better suit my lifestyle. Let me tell ANYONE, young or old, that is considering going to these schools, don't go into debt for a degree that leaves you with no hands-on experience or knowledge of what you should know when get ready to go into the workforce.

this is to suggest that it is not news that banks are back in the black. we took the money that was supposed to be the value of real estate but wasn't, and gave it to the bankers in cash who, then, did not modify the loans, face any punitive measures either regulatory or, least of all, criminal and it's supposed to be news that they're flush. perhaps the news is that media fails so spectacularly to paint a vivid picture of the Plutocracy threatening the world.

Why don't we do that in California? I'm sure Jerry Brown would back it... right? At least it would be a good start and would influence other states to do the same.

Snow on the ground does not = an ice age. Ice age=glaciers covering continents. The glaciers are receding rapidly. There is no doubt about this.

Likewise, a cold winter does not disprove global warming. Nobody claimed that we would not have snow this or next year. Give me a break.

You're making a scurrilous assumption that an athiest soldier would be an a-moral soldier. Athiests have just as many (and in many cases more) moral beleifs about the value of fellow human beings. The main difference I see is that the athiest doesn't think that an invisble best friend named Jesus is standing behind him to give forgiveness for the sin of murder.

The bible contains many instances of attrocities that Christians call God's will - not such a good example for moral behavior.
