People Organizing Wisconsin for Education and workers’ Rights (P.O.W.E.R.) is organizing a walk from Milwaukee to Madison. The walk will begin on Friday, March 11 at 6AM at Riverside University High School (1615 E Locust St) in Milwaukee.
The walk will be divided into three shifts:
Friday-Milwaukee to Concord (est. 13 hours), Saturday leaving at 8AM-Concord to Deerfield (est. 9 hours) and Sunday leaving at 8AM-Deerfield to the Capitol building (est. 6 hours).
