"Marc Ginsberg, former special coordinator for Middle East and Mediterranean trade and economic policy and ambassador to Morocco who is a senior VP at APCO, is heading the team. The rebuilding advisement team includes Former Sen. Don Riegle, ex-chairman of the Senate Banking Committee; five-year Federal Aviation Administration head Jane Garvey; ex-Rep. Steve Solarz, a Middle East expert formerly on the House International Affairs Committee, and Richard Allen, who was President Reagan's national security advisor."
